Making a successful reservation request through our online form doesn’t mean automatic approval of your reservation!

After we get your reservation request, we have to call the hotel to inquire about availability. We try to give you answer in 24 hours (one workingday), but of course we try to reply as soon as possible – hopefully in a few hours (it mostly depends on the accessibility of the hotel’s reservation office).

If the hotel has free rooms for the required period, we book your room at the hotel, and we see your final confirmation immediately.
