The hotel is located in the part of the Old Town that is close the port. Several shops and galleries are within walking distance. The building offers an excellent view of Oleviste Church.

Meriton Old Town Hotel has 41 rooms. There are 3 single rooms and 38 double rooms. 6 of the most spacious rooms, 2 of which have balconies, are called Bella Vita rooms. The family room is located in the attic. 1 room is furnished considering the needs of disabled people and 10 considering the needs of people with allergies. There are non-smoking rooms in the hotel.
All rooms have a shower, 3 rooms also have a bath. All hotel rooms have a bed, bedside cabinet, table and chair, telephone and TV-set (Sat TV).
Bella Vita rooms also offer the offer tea/coffee making facilities. The house has a lift. All major credit cards are accepted for payment.
